Attention all clients: If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide a FULL 24 hours notice. A cancellation or request to reschedule made 24 hours or less in advance will invoke a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 50% of the booked services. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will provide the service. For any no show/no calls for appointments you will be charged 100% for services booked. We ask you to please realize that when you forget your appointment, fail to cancel with enough notice in advance, or arrive late, we miss out on an opportunity to fill that time slot, and any clients scheduled after you are effected. A credit card is required to make an appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provide. Thank you for understanding.
